Shipping

Shipping Policy

All orders are generally fulfilled within 48 hours and once fulfilled, shipped the next business day. We ship our products using UPS to all valid addresses within the continental United States. 

Premium shipping (i.e. Next Day, 2 Day) is available and recommended for orders of Parisian Style Macarons shipped outside of Georgia. Orders within Georgia are shipped UPS ground and typically arrive next day.  All Parisian Style Macaron orders include an ice pack that keeps the macarons at an ideal temperature throughout the shipping journey so they are cool upon arrival.  

We do not ship outside of Georgia (any states) on Fridays or Holidays. Orders placed after 1pm on Thursday will be fulfilled/shipped on Monday.  West Coast UPS Ground orders are shipped on Monday & Tuesday (expedited shipping is recommended due to the length of standard ground delivery times..... these shipment times extend beyond 2 days!).

All orders placed on a holiday will be filled and shipped on the next non-holiday business day. Otherwise, in both cases, your order will be held at a UPS shipment center over the weekend.  The Lady finds this completely unacceptable. She's an artist and is sensitive about her craft. We insist on providing you with the freshest, most indulgent macarons you'd expect from Lady Belle.

• Shipments that are returned due to incorrect information will be subject to a reshipment charge.
• We are not responsible in the event the business is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered.

Monthly Subscriptions

For the monthly subscribers you can change the flavors of your order up to 14 days before the monthly date of your order. Your monthly date is the day of the month you originally subscribed.

Refund Policy

All online orders are final and non-refundable. Refunds or exchanges are not offered based on recipient flavor preferences.

 UPS does not support P.O. Box deliveries.
